Entrepreneur.....LaCrosse Style

I saw this guy the other day in LaCrosse Indiana. I stopped and got a hot dog and talked for awhile. He said he bought plans to make the cart.....did some of his own modifications to the plans and wha la !!! Nice cart ! One of the cool things I noticed about the cart was the on-demand hot water heater ! Great all around idea......for him to keep his hands clean and for the customers to wash up before they eat. Great hot dogs and for a great price !
